We, at ILK, have has always believed in giving the best facilities to the children and have planned big strides further.

I strongly believe that the growth of the school edifices the result of the collaborative efforts of the four pillars:- students – teachers – parents – management and this collaboration is what is bringing us forward.

With every success comes the responsibility to maintain it, not to slide down but to tread uphill. We are not complacent at all. We all know this is just the tip of the iceberg. There is much more to give to our little ones. You will notice the compelling trainings that happen at all levels in ILK. Not only the leaders and teachers but also the entire support staff undergoes rigorous trainings. Everyone is in a ‘learning doing – improving’ mode. This is what makes ILK truly, ‘A Learning Institute.’

One issue to be talked about is that our children grow so fast that we forget sometimes to just sit back and enjoy our time with them. Before we know it, our children will become full-grown adults. Comparing ourselves and our children to the next-door neighbour is not an exception, but a norm. We should not forget that the whole purpose of life is to attain only one goal which is ‘Happiness’. As a parent, it is important to spend time with the children. We must teach our children to be happy. Being happy is a state of mind. It is not materialistic or success related.
